Conference to prepare UNESCO’s Second World Conference on Arts Education in Seoul 2010 51 participants from Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Korea, Malta, Netherlands, Slovenia, Switzerland and UK came together to discuss issues in regard to the Second World Conference on Arts Education. These discussions led to the “Berlin Theses” which were delivered to the Korean delegation and to the advisory board of the Second World Conference on Arts Education. Link: “Berlin Theses”
